Michelle Oleson
Michelle is a second generation appraiser in Oregon. Her father taught her the business in 1995. In 1999, Michelle launched her own appraisal enterprise, specializing in the Willamette Valley. Michelle has 15 years of experience in single family residential appraising and is on the national FHA roster. Michelle, or "Missy" as she is called by her friends and collegues, is an avid softball fan and is head coach and co-founder of the Oregon Fever Softball organization. In 2007, her 12U girl's team, which included daughter Kelsey, won the Oregon State ASA 12U-B Championship. Missy also coaches softball at Gladstone High School where she is a proud Gladiator alumnus. Besides the Portland metro area, Michelle travels throughout the I-5 corridor to the Salem, Albany and Corvallis metro areas, as well as the beautiful Yamhill county area including the cities of McMinnville and Newberg. She specializes in FHA assignments, as well as manufactured and rural properties.
